Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the order date. This includes change-of-mind requests. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Visit paddle.net and use Paddle’s purchase support to submit your request. You may also use the member support form or email hello@thalismart.com, and we will help direct the request.

Once a refund is approved, Paddle returns the money through the original payment method in accordance with its processing timelines. Access associated with the refunded plan or digital product may end when the refund is confirmed.

Paddle handles payment processing and returns. Its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to your order. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
