You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use ThaliSmart for an organisation or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so. You must provide accurate information, protect your login details and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

ThaliSmart provides general-wellness meal-planning tools, regional meal suggestions, portion guidance and purchased digital content. During your plan term, NSR BUSINESS grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

ThaliSmart is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Content is general information, may contain errors and is not a substitute for a doctor or qualified dietitian. Always verify information and follow your doctor’s advice.

You must not use the service unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; upload content you do not have the right to use; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; introduce malware; probe, scrape or interfere with security; reverse engineer the service; evade technical limits; or resell, copy or redistribute the service or purchased content without permission.

You retain rights in photos, meal details and other content you submit. You grant NSR BUSINESS a limited licence to host, process and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for anything you submit.

Rights holders may report suspected infringement through the support contact shown in the service or purchase receipt. We may remove content, restrict access and suspend or terminate repeat infringers after appropriate review.

NSR BUSINESS and its licensors retain all rights in ThaliSmart, including its software, designs, documentation, recipes, branding and other service content. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Plans and digital products are one-time purchases unless the checkout clearly says otherwise. Current ThaliSmart meal plans provide access for 90 days and do not renew automatically. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We work to keep ThaliSmart available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free performance. We may maintain, update, change or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary.

We may suspend or end access for a material breach, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your right to use the service ends. We may retain or delete account data in line with our Privacy Notice and legal duties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded. NSR BUSINESS is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including lost profits, data or goodwill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NSR BUSINESS’s total liability connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us through Paddle in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

You will be responsible for claims or losses caused by your unlawful content, misuse of the service or material breach of these terms. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts where NSR BUSINESS is established, unless applicable consumer law gives you another venue. You may not assign these terms without consent; NSR BUSINESS may assign them as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale.
